BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 15, 2017) Rear Adm. James W. Kilby, commander, Carrier Strike Group 1 gives a gift to a Republic of Korea (ROK) child during a gift exchange as part of USS Carl Vinson's (CVN-70) arrival to ROK Fleet headquarters as part as a routine port visit. The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment as part of the Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend the command and control functions of 3rd Fleet.
