Air Force Security Forces and Medical Group Airmen from multiple units along with personnel from the Wisconsin State Patrol participated in Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) Training with the crew of a Wisconsin Army National Guard UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during PATRIOT North 18 at Volk Field, Wis., July 16, 2018. PATRIOT is an annual domestic operations training exercise sponsored by the National Guard that focuses on increasing the ability of local, state and federal organizations to coordinate and work together in response to a natural disaster or man-made emergency.
