CT of the abdomen and pelvis of 77 year old female with complaints of abdominal pain Findings include small bilateral pleural effusions and a large volume of ascites secondary to peritoneal metastases likely from a small occult ovarian cancer Neoplastic omental caking is present anterior to the transverse colon Mild degenerative changes of the spine The sagital sections begin on the right side of the body passing through the liver then progressing through the midline in the second row where the vertebral bodies are seen as rectangular sections and then continuing towards the right bottom row where the sections include portions of the stomach
