South entrance from12th century of Maghoki Attori Mosque is the oldest mosque (built in 714) in historical center of Bukhara, Uzbekistan. It is a part of the historical religious complex of Lyab-i Hauz. The floor of the mosque is about meters below the Earth's surface, why the mosque being called 'maghākī' which means is Persian language "in a ditch" or "in a pit". The mosque is also notable for being one of the few surviving buildings in Bukhara from the time before the Mongolian invasion.
