The two accom-panying photographs (pages 64and 66) show how neatly theselittle birds can cover or thatchthe nest with small shingles ofbark, which are perpendicularlyfastened on with cobwebs and aglutinous secretion, making itclosely resemble the branch uponwhich it has been built.
