Col. Toni A. Glover, 650th Regional Support Group commanding officer, traveled to Mare Island, Vallejo, Calif., to activate the 728th Transportation Company Feb. 20. The 728th TC will use the Palletized Load System, which is a truck-based logistics system that entered service in the United States Army in 1993.
