Non Exclusive: KYIV, UKRAINE - OCTOBER 19, 2023 - Members of the public pay their last respects to the late Serhii Ikonnikov, the youngest unit commander of the 72nd Black Zaporozhians Mechanized Brigade who went by his call sign 'Monakh' (Monk), during the funeral ceremony at St Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral, Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. The serviceman, who had been an assistant to a Kyiv City Council member and European Solidarity Party activist, died on his 25th birthday on Friday, October 13, during an assault of Russian troops in the Vuhledar direction.
