It is interesting to seehow many and variedare the styles of theseshow genuine talent onthe part of the young carpenters. In addition tothis, the adaptation of the houses to the needs ofthe various species of birds that haunt the Bronx,shows that the boys, while acquiring skill withtools, have also studied the habits of the birds.
