Greek Mythology. Chapel of St. Biagio. This chapel, built by the Normans on the east flank of the Rupe Atenae, was built on the site of a 5th century BC Temple of Demeter, the foundations of which may still be seen - the cella is now part of the walls of the Christian edifice.
