Afghan National Police Sgt. Mohammed Tahir, hands some winter clothes to a young boy at Aq Robat, a remote village more than 20 miles northwest of Bamyan, Dec. 24. The clothes were donated by Operation Care: Afghanistan, a nonprofit, private charitable organization based at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. The ANP worked with local government officials and the military to distribute the items.
