JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Dec. 9, 2022) Service members and their families enjoy a laser light show during a holiday lighting ceremony at the Freedom Tower on JBPHH. The Freedom Tower stands as a landmark on JBPHH. During the Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor, the 166-foot tower was thought to be a religious structure and not bombed during the attack.
