Toi Flower Clock is inside of Matsubara Park in Toi, Izu. The clock was completed in 1991 and recognized as the world's largest flower clock in the Guinness Book of World Records in March 1992. The clock is 31m in diameter, and is decorated with about 5,000 flowers. Surrounding the clock, on its periphery, there is a so-called "healthy sidewalk" where stones that stimulate the soles of ones feet. This is a form of Chinese stone acupressure As colorful and unusual as the clock is, it is rarely reset with the ccorrect time.
