Members of Co. E, 21st Engineers, gathered around a captured German locomotive at Cheppy, Meuse, France. The locomotive was taken by American forces during World War One. This photograph was taken by Sgt. Eikleberry and received on December 18, 1918. Released by the Censor on December 23, 1918.
