What the Company is doing in itswelfare and hygiene work is the resultof long years of investigation and ex-perience. It is a development whichstarted a generation ago, when the id(>awas new and gt^nerally unknown. It iseven now in the process of develop-ment, as the Company believes that thegrowth of this branch of the conserva-tion movement will be far greater inthe future than it has been in the past.
