Kristen Garrett and Jason Gibson, air transportation specialists assigned to the 96th Aerial Port Squadron, carry the “Top-Dawg” trophy across the ramp upon their arrival April 28, 2017 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The 96th APS is the first repeat winner since the competition began in 2010.
