A charming shade of cherry red ; over 2J inches across ; beautifully rounded, combining in a massive truss 16 to 18 inches in circumference ; very effective. Dryden. A grand bedder, standing sun and rain better than any other of this type. It is bright rosy red, with large white blotches on the two upper petals, and smaller blotches on the three lower ones, all five suffused with lake at the j unction of the two colors.
