Flowers large, of fine shape, and very fragrant. Cold Nugget. Pronounced by all to be one of the finest yellow Carnations yet introduced. The flow- er is of excellent shape and substance, carried on long stiff stems. A clear deep yellow and very prolific bloomer. 20c. New York. One of the most attractive and most de- sirable varieties in all of our list. It is a delight- ful cerise pink shade, already very popular with admirers of the Carnation. An excellent deep pink variety. Psyche. A splendid free flowering fancy Carnation, pure white flaked scarlet. It is an easily grown variety, and its strong vigorous growth and free- dom of bloom commend it to every plant ad- mirer. Mrs. James Dean. The ideal light pink Carnation. A continual bloomer with large perfect flowers of a beautiful silvery pink shade. The plant is of strong, robust constitution, and entirely free from disease. Will surely be a favorite variety. Jubilee. Rich intense scarlet. An excellent large flowered variety and one of the best reds. Blooms on straight stems 18 inches long. This fills the long-felt want of a large flowered, fragrant, strong growing red Carnation. Mrs. S. A. Northway. A beautiful shell pink, which changes to almost a pure white when fully devel- oped.
