Diamond Flight Airmen perform a dress right dress during a drill practice session March 19 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Diamond Flight along with three other flights are in their fourth week of five of Airman Leadership School. ALS attendance is a mandatory step in becoming an Air Force non-commissioned officer. More than 300 Airmen complete the course at Eglin each year.
