SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR, FEB 1990 Salvadoran refugees return home to Morazan province after nine years across the border in Honduran refugee camp at Colomoncagua. By the end of March 1990 UNHCR hope to have moved all 9,000 refugees back. Morazan province, from which they fled in 1981 after army massacres, is still largely controlled by FMLN guerillas.
