A student with Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 08-20 at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island recovers after performing remedial physical training during a Navy Working Uniform (NWU) inspection Jan. 10, 2020. The inspection marks the first time students are authorized to wear the complete NWU since arriving to OCS.
