Child watching ants in an exhibit at the Citta dei Bambini (City of Children) in Genoa, Italy. Citta dei Bambini is an interactive learning experience for children between the ages of 3 and 14. This exhibit is in the Living Creatures area. It features a colony of ants living in an 'ant farm'. In this section the ants are 'underground' in a system of tunnels and chambers. The clear-fronted exhibit allows children to view ants in a way that they cannot be viewed in the wild.
