Chalk Art
- Joel Yao from San Rafael California started in 1997 and has been a chalk artist since then. “I’m a professional graphic designer and I do 10-12 of these a year. I like to do retro/pop/pin up portraits. I enjoy the eyes. It’s what we start with and hopefully what sparkles. I like to start with the eyes first, so on the first day, you can have something finished, and the crowd digests it.”
