Man carrying face mask behind his back, Spain
Two men respectively carry their face masks as oppose to wearing them. On July 9, it was not obligatory to wear a face mask in the street in Alcañiz although mandatory in shops. Neighbouring towns were on different alert levels - nearby Caspe on Phase 2 and neighbouring Catalonia made the wearing of face masks compulsory in the street the following day.
