James Horr, the 26th MEU sergeant major, after a unit physical training event for his outstanding performance on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sept. 23, 2022. The 26th MEU conducted a physical training event to build camaraderie and encourage esprit de corps amongst the Marines and sailors.
