Sgt. Brian Duran, CH-47 crew chief, stays alert as members of the Pennsylvania National Guard and the Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team relocate from Joint Base McEntire, South Carolina to Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. Leadership has relocated the CH-47F and their UH-60 Blackhawks together with their flight crews and rescue techs. This elite team is positioning itself to support the state of South Carolina for rapid helicopter rescue response.
