Locomotion.—The proportions of the organs of the axial and appen- dicular skeletons are approximately similar to those of Iguanodon hernis- sartensis. In Iguanodon the vertebral column on the whole is relatively more massive. The ossified tendons of Iguanodon extend down along the sides of the elongated spines of sixteen to twenty of the anterior caudals,.
