Bundles for the Filipinos. Bundles for the Filipinos. Stripped by the Japs of their clothing, natives of the Philippines find the Yankee liberators generous after the enemy had been driven back from Leyte Island's coast. Here, a group of natives move new bundles of clothing given them by Coast Guardsmen and American soldiers. Some carry them on their heads; those with water buffalo stack theirs on the animals' broad backs.
