Firefighters with Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency Services move a simulated casualty to perform lifesaving procedures in a multi-vehicle accident crisis response drill during Exercise Constant Vigilance 2022 on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 19, 2022.
