The kids were joined by several and Fijian engineers working together to install new and renovate existing infrastructure such as ceiling fans and water piping. PACANGEL builds partnerships between the US, Fiji, and several regional nations by conducting multilateral humanitarian assistance and civil military operations, promoting regional military-civilian-nongovernmental organization cooperation and interoperability.
