Although Namibia has the highest Cheetah population globally their numbers are low in Etosha National Park due to high predator competition, this notwithstanding the fact that the park is 22 270 square km in size. The species is classified as Vulnerable by the in Etosha National Park, Namibia, Southern Africa.
