Acommon way is to have some little black balls in a box or OBALDIA 89 basket. Each ball has a number inside it. The basketis shaken and a fixed number of balls drawn out. Whenthey are opened and the numbers inside are put togetherin their order of drawing, we have the number of the lot-tery ticket that is to receive the largest prize. The luckyholder of that ticket hurries forward and is paid his prizein cash. He has paid in only $, but has won, perhaps,several thousand dollars. The other prizes are awardedin the same way.
