WASHINGTON (Jan. 29, 2019) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson and National Naval Officers Association (NNOA) President retired Rear Adm. Sinclair Harris sign a memorandum of understanding reaffirming the partnership between the Navy and NNOA. The NNOA works to support the sea services in strengthening a diverse senior officer corps and enhancing operational readiness through recruiting, professional development, and retention to achieve diversity that reflects the demographics of our nation.
