This is a neon cowboy or gaucho in red hat and clothing riding a yellow horse with a white mane, tail and feet. It is or was on Fremont Street in Las Vegas Nevada. It is daytime and so is not lit up. Things change and are removed or demolished in Las Vegas so I am unsure if this is still there but I think that it is. I believe it used to be at the Hacienda.
