Piano and armchair left behind in Beelitz Heilstaetten former TB hospital, abandoned place near Berlin

Adolf Hitler was treated in the Beelitz hospital after being wounded in the First World War. It became a Soviet military hospital after the Second World War. The Russian army left in 1994. It has stood empty and decaying ever since and is frequented by photographers and film makers because of its haunting atmosphere and beautiful architecture. The piano and armchair and white material were presumably left behind props from a photo or film shoot.
