Pods single, very broad, plump, straight, dark green' pointed; contain 8 to 10 peas of highest quality. Canned peas oblong, dark green; sieve sizes 3 to 7, and a few larger. Seed large, wrinkled, light green. This variety can well be con- sidered the standard of high quality. Vine similar to Perfection but with more open habit of growth ; color light to medium green ; quite resistant to aphids.
