200916-N-NH431-2151 PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 16, 2020) An F/A-18E Super Hornet from the “Stingers” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 113 flies over Nimitz-class nuclear aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Vinson is currently underway with Carrier Air Wing Two, fully integrating and operating together for the first time since the addition of the F-35C Lightning II.
