A soldier, for feet, which holds a musket (a certain type of firearm) with his left hand. On the rooster (part of the inflammatory mechanism) of his musket lies the burning wick. He blows, in the meantime, blowing the pan (the powder container) of his musket, to protect the powder from sparks from the wick. This print is part of the series of 43 hand-numbered prints of musketeers in arms.
