Public footpath through hay meadows between Hardraw and Hawes, Yorkshire Dales National Park, UK

Public footpath through wildflower-rich hay meadows between Hardraw and Hawes, Yorkshire Dales National Park, UK. A lambing gate appears in the wall gap, to help prevent the escape of small lambs. The path is stone slabbed across the field to try and reduce the trampling of the grass, which would inhibit successful hay making.
