The smooth, satin-like sheen resulting from the RiceProcess has a marked advantage over any other white finishfor interior use. Unlike the rough, porous surface of Flat andEgg-Shell finishes, it offers no lodgement for dust and dirt,nor does it produce an unpleasant glare, nor yellow rapidly,as do varnish gloss paints. As it contains no varnish, Barreled Sunlight does notdrag under the brush nor clog spraying machines. Thelabor cost for applying is less than for any other oil paint. i.
