TECO PANCAKE FLOUR A CENTRE OF INTEREST THE demonstration of jCgco pan-cake flour, under the Grand Standat the Canadian National Exhibi-tion, the first of its kind held at theToronto Fair, was attended with greatsuccess. At all times during the periodof the fair, the bjoth was thronged withvisitors, anxious to sample some of thedelicious pancakes that were being madeand served right on the spot. Thousandsof orders were taken, delivery to bemade by the purchasers own grocer. Teco pancake fljur is now a Can-adian product. It is manufactured bythe Teco Co., Ltd., with plant at Belle-ville, Out. The present concern is theEkenberg Co. of Cortland, , whooriginally manufactured only milk pro-ducts. Eight years ago the Ekenberg Co. endeavored to induce pancake manu-facturers to use malted buttermilk intheir products. They were not
