Lt. Col. Dunwoody at a Change of Command at Fort Bragg, Lt. Gen. Ann Dunwoody was confirmed by Congress July 23 for her fourth star, making her the first female four-star general in the Armed Forces. She will be assigned as the Army Materiel Command commanding general.
