Air Force Staff Sgt. Michael Young, assigned to the 624th Civil Engineering Squadron on Hickam Air Force Base, places girt in steel ridge column on the Special Olympics Training Facility foundation in Ewa Beach, Hawaii on August 4, 2022. The 163D CES participated in Innovative Readiness Training by traveling to the Island of Oahu to assist in the construction of a training facility, and connecting sidewalk for the impaired athletes of the Hawaii Special Olympics.
