Retired Gen. Larry O. Spencer, former vice chief of staff, USAF was honored at both the Officer Training School (OTS) l and at the Enlisted Heritage Hall Dec 17, 2015. Spencer was honored as a distinguished graduate of OTS and was added to the Wall of Achievers at the Enlisted Heritage Hall. Maj. Gen.
