Distribution.—Known previously only from Kamchatka (Der- shavin, 1913). The present material is from Alaska, Bering Island, and the Aleutian Islands, and the species is probably not uncommon in shallow water north of latitude 50° on both sides of the Pacific. Remarks.—This species may be distinguished by the following characters: (1) The last thoracic somite and all the abdominal somites.
