Coast Guard Cutter Bibb Welcomed to Home Port in Boston. Welcome home is given some of the 142 enlisted men and 15 officers of the Coast Guard cutter BIBB as she arrived back in her home port, Boston, on Thursday, April 3, after 10 months of patrolling the coast of South Vietnam. Several hundred friends and relatives were on hand as the 327-foot ship slipped into her berth at Pier 2, Coast Guard Base Boston.
