Foster President of the Wheeling Division AthleticAssociation Lew E. Foster entered the service of the(lompany on .January (i, 11)05, as a telegrapheron the Wheeling Division. FOSTER he was promoted to copy operator in the dis-patchers office, Wheeling, and in May, 1915,was made manager and wire chief of FYtelegraph office, Wheeling, the position thathe now holds. When the Wheeling DivisionAthletic Association was formed he was madeits president. Mr. Foster has always been keenly interestedin athletic and social events. He is a finedancer, an expert swimmer and a racing cyclistof note. His work along welfare lines is in itsinfancy, and he hopes to make the WheelingAthletic Association the leader in Baltimoreand Ohio athletic circles. That he is a man oforiginal ideas is proved by the fact that hewas the originator of the novel dance program,worked out in the form of a miniature time-table, used at the annual Wheeling Divisionball last December.
