In many types of mental processesthe reactions of the undernonrished child are equalor superior to the average of his age group. Thetraits in which he may prove less capable seem to beresistance to fatigue under response to uninter-rupted or complex stimuli, and exaggerated emo-tional responses under normal stimulation.
