Tech. Sgt. Tim Libey, climbs the top of 350,000 gallon fuel tank to conduct a preventative maintenance inspection at the fixed fuel facility. There are four fixed facilities at Travis Air Force Base, each site maintains two 350,000 gallon tanks. Libey is the NCO in charge of the fuels fixed facilities element of the 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron’s fuels flight at Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
