Ophelia is in greatest demand. Mrs. Aaron Ward is good from one or two growers and sells well; so do My Maryland, Miller and Stanley. Carna- tions are lower than a week ago, but still bring $10 to $15 per hundred. Vio- lets are lower at $ to $2, and with more growers bringing in sweet peas the prices on these have fallen to from $3 to $4. Callas continue to realize good prices, $30 per hundred being the average. The market is still destitute of lilies. Some remarkably good snapdragons arc seen and sell at fancy prices. Golden Spur narcissi sold as high as $16 last week. The supply is small as yet. About the only other bulbous flowers available are Paper Whites, Soleil d'Or, camper- nelles and freesias. Freesias and stevia move slowly. Marguerites bring up to $6 per hundred. Cattleyas are not over- plentiful and maintain the previous week's prices. O u i. ^Cfiicaqp III.
