Tracts canbe had by writing for same to Livingston Johnson, Corre-sponding Secretary, Raleigh, N. C. (2) The use of collection envelopes. Churches, whichhave preaching every Sunday, will find the Duplex envelopebest. These can be secured at small cost from the DuplexEnvelope Company, Richmond, Va. This plan is, of course, flexible, and it may be necessaryto change to suit local conditions. Some churches may find itbetter to use the budget plan; that is, to take the pledges forall the objects in a lump, and assign, to a judicious commit-tee, the distribution of the funds, giving to each object itsproportionate part. Other churches may succeed better byhaving a committee for each object. These points must bedecided by the church in conference. The point
